The problem
Most studio front desks run on three separate records at once: a paper diary for bookings, a whiteboard tracking which therapist is where, and a notebook of package balances that only one person really understands.
So when a guest arrives mid afternoon, the desk cannot instantly answer who is free, which room is open or how many sessions the guest has left. And at every cutoff, working out therapist commissions costs someone a full day.
