LaundryPOS, a shop system for Philippine laundry operators: weight and per piece pricing at the counter, a wash cycle board that carries every load through sorting, washing, drying and folding, and pickup and delivery dispatch that knows which driver has whose clothes.

The problem
A laundry shop runs on claim stubs and memory. A bag comes in, a number is written on a slip, and from that moment the only record of where those clothes are is whoever happens to be on shift. Ask which loads are still in the dryer and someone has to walk to the back and look.
The failures are always the same. A load is promised for today and nobody notices it never left sorting. A customer arrives for a pickup that is still wet. Clothes are handed over before they are paid for, and the balance is discovered days later, if at all.
What the system does
- Counter pricing by kilo, by piece, by load or flat, with a minimum weight per service.
- Customer lookup by name or phone, with loyalty points earned and redeemed at the till.
- A wash cycle board from received through sorting, washing, drying, folding, quality check and ready.
- Express orders flagged and dated so a same day promise is visible, not remembered.
- Payment state carried on the order: paid, partial or unpaid, with the balance shown on the card.
- Handling instructions per order, such as no bleach, fragrance free or separate whites.
- Pickup and delivery dispatch with driver assignment, addresses and delivery outcome.
- Roles for the owner, manager, cashier, laundry staff and driver, each seeing only their work.
- An audit log, so a voided order or a reprinted receipt has a name attached to it.
How it works
- 1The bag is weighed and the order is built at the counter, mixing kilo priced washing with per piece dry cleaning.
- 2The customer is attached to the order, so history, loyalty points and address come with it.
- 3The order lands on the wash cycle board in received, with a due time computed from the service.
- 4Laundry staff move the card as the work happens. The board is the shop floor, not a report about it.
- 5Ready orders split by type: walk in customers appear on a pickup list, delivery orders go to a driver.
- 6Nothing is handed over with a silent balance. The card shows unpaid or partial until it is settled.
Why we built it
Laundry is a business of custody. Someone hands you their clothes and trusts you to give them back, clean, on the day you said. Software that cannot answer where a load is right now is not helping.
