Questions

Before you decide

Do I need to buy a special terminal?

No. It runs on the phone, tablet or laptop you already have. A receipt printer or USB barcode scanner is optional.

Is there really no limit on staff?

None. Add every cashier, server and manager you have, at every branch. The price stays the same.

What happens when the internet goes down?

You keep selling. Sales save on the device and upload automatically once the connection is back, with no duplicates. Staff can even log in while offline.

Are custom features really free?

Yes. If a feature you need is missing, tell us and we build it into your system at no additional charge. Very large projects, like a full payroll or accounting system, are quoted separately under Custom Build.

Is this BIR accredited?

No, and that is on purpose. It is your private system for tracking sales, stock and cash inside your business. Your official receipts stay as they are.

What happens after year one?

You renew at ₱18,000 a year for your first branch, and ₱750 a month for each extra branch. Hosting, backups, updates and support stay included.
