How is the data delivered?

Wherever you work: clean CSVs to Google Drive, direct pushes into REISift or GoHighLevel, spreadsheets, email digests, or an API. Everything is deduplicated and standardized first — including skip-trace-ready formatting for lead lists.

What happens when the source website changes?

We fix it — that's part of the service. Everything we ship stays monitored: layout changes, captchas, moved data — we update the bot and your data keeps flowing. You're never handed a script and left alone.

Do you work outside real estate?

Yes. Investors and brokerages are our largest client group, but the same engineering — scraping, pipelines, formatters, CRM automation — applies to any business that runs on data from websites and portals.

How long does a build take?

Most single-source scrapers and simple automations are running within days. Larger builds — multi-source pipelines, custom tools, integrations — get scoped with clear milestones on the free consultation, so you know the timeline before we start.

What does it cost?

Custom projects are scoped individually — the consultation ends with a concrete proposal and price, not an obligation. Want county public-records data without a custom build? Eye of Argus starts at $199/month per county.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Strict confidentiality is standard on every engagement, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive. Your data, your clients' data, and your edge stay yours.
